Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using FitCheck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to use FitCheck.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, captions, and messages you post. By posting, you grant FitCheck a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app and its features. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, violent, deceptive, or that infringes on someone else's rights. Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, scrape the service, or interfere with how FitCheck operates.
5. Moderation
We may remove content, hide it pending review, restrict features, or suspend accounts when we believe our rules have been broken. You can appeal moderation actions by contacting support@getfitcheck.app.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion enters a 30-day grace period during which you can restore the account; after that, your data is permanently removed except where we are required to keep it.
7. Disclaimers
FitCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FitCheck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use FitCheck after changes take effect means you accept them.
